Situated not just for outdoor sporting pursuits, but also with great touring and exploring by car as well - the collegiate peaks, Buena Vista and nearby hot springs, Leadville, the Top of the Rockies, Independence Pass to Aspen (though not always passable in the winter) are all nearby. 

The main floor has a large open living room and dining room, along with large kitchen and a full bathroom.

There are 3 bedrooms upstairs - a bedroom with king size bed with a full ensuite bathroom, a second bedroom with a queen size bed, and a third bedroom up a spiral staircase with a queen size bed and 2 twin beds. There is also a powder room on the 2nd floor.

The winner will coordinate their 2024 stay with the owner - holiday weeks not available.
